Is there a way that you can have your own personal Dx box of "favorites" you can use and build instead of sifting through the bigger section in AC ?

I don't think there is a way to do that in Amazing Charts. However, when you go to sign the chart, you have the option of creating a 'Quick Codes' list for procedural (CPT) codes, but not for ICD-9 codes. We use Office Ally for our billing and created an electronic superbill with it that has all our old dx favorites. The MA's also have memorized the most common ICD-9 codes for our practice through repetition. Prior ICD-9 codes appear in the note by clicking on the drop-down box called 'Problem List'.
