My secretary sent me a message about a patient. The information contained in it would be better used as an encounter addendum rather than a separate message. Is there a way to copy (so I can then paste it into an addendum) the text from a message? If I hit reply, I can then edit the message text, and highlight it, but, then if I right click, I get templates, and if I choose edit at top, it does not give me the copy/paste options.
Any solution?

Try holding down CTRL and then Right click - should let you copy/paste.

You can also select text and then hit Control C to copy the text to clipboard and then Control V to paste into the addendum.

It actually is CTRL-Left Click to select data to copy and then CTRL-Right Click to paste (try this).

Are you sure about this? I think you were right the first time.
