I have found that some new (and not so new)medications are not in the database. How do you e-prescribe if the medication is not listed?

you can't.

Supposedly, the med data base gets updated nightly but clearly that is not the case. I have noticed the same thing.

You can still E-prescribe but the medication will be listed in italics (meaning it's not codified).

How can we get the database people to update? Some medications have been out for over 3 months and are still not in the system!
