Installed 6.09 beta this weekend. All prescriptions printed on Star thermal prescription printer are about one half the print size. Worked fine on version 5 before. Tried multiple troubleshooting trials including guardian angels to no avail.

KenP reported this under the "V6 released" thread. He went back to 5.029.

Unfortunately, the guardian angels cannot fix code. They need to go back to the developers and ask them to fix this. The same thing happened in v5 and it was fixed. (a slightly different issue).

I find the biggest irony in all of AC land is the fact that AC promotes the Star Printer and yet continues to not get it right in its new versions.

I will not go to v6 until it is fixed. It is that important to me.

This is not bragging, but Star Micronics did a feature story on me in one of their magazine issues. I should have thrown this in there, but it just wouldn't have been right.

I did get a $100 gift certificate out of it. smile

Thank you! I will revert back too. Got carried away with this 'meaningful use' bit.

I was just emailing support about this issue when you posted. It is CCHIT and MU and PM that has us in this whole mess.
