Our local BCBS rep showed us Availity a couple of weeks ago ago and we immediately signed up. They said they just finished their pilot program in the area and were ready for a full launch. I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with the service, we're excited to get it running here.

What are you using availity for? I currently use it for billing and some elegibility/verifications? I love the billing portion.

We'd like to be able to use it for eligibility and for billing. I'm still trying to figure out what Availity is capable of and how we can incorporate it with AC. I'm assigning accounts to staff now and they've scheduled a training session for us next week.
