What version are you using? This had been a problem in the past with some people but seemed to go away in the 5.1 era.
I'm using 5.0.29. I was not aware there was an updated version. When I click on "check for new updates" it says I have the latest version. Is there some sort of secret ritual that I have to complete to get the newer versions? Or a person to bribe?

I am still using V 5.17 and have had the exact same problem with entries not saving to the rolodex.
It does not happen every time and as far as I know, I am the only person in my office this happens to. I am also the only person working wireless.

I will look into the clocks, but last time I checked, (which, admitedly, was some time ago) they were all syncing properly against the main server. But it doesn't hurt to double check, thanks for the tip.
As far as deleting the specialty, you can simply pull up the provider and change his information and save. That should correct the specialty mistakes.
