Do you mean Dragon Naturally Speaking, by Nuance software. Or is this a new product?
Assuming you mean Dragon Naturally Speaking:
- version 9 will work with Amazing Charts (AC), whether Home, Premium or Medical versions
- Nuance has disabled the less expensive versions (Home & Premium) of versions 10 & 11, so that they will not work with any EMR.
- Your only option at present is Dragon Medical version 10.1, although a medical version of 11 is reportedly in development.
- Dragon Medical 10.1 works very well with AC. I have been using it for 2 years now.
As far as "interfacing" Dragon with AC, there is no procedure needed. Just open both programs, click the insertion point into a window on AC, and start dictating, and the text appears.
