If there's a number 1 on my wish list, it's AC's inability to open one chart at a time. It's mighty tedious to fill in all the demographic information for 3 or 4 siblings, and would be so much easier to be able to see one while entering another.
when patients call for a prescription, it would be great to open their chart to refresh my memory and manage the prescriptions even though I'm in the middle of writing a note for a different patient. I know ho to do it now, with forwarding the chart to myself so I don't lose what I've done.
But this is a long way from the way paper charts worked--you and easily open one and put it next to another.

I would settle for just multiple windows... being able to look at the chart while dictating a letter, for example.
