Hello! We have upgraded to 5.1.7 , and currently interface with both Quest and LabCorp. Recently, our imports stopped showing up in our lab inbox, and they now import directly the patient chart. While this is so cool, we now can't determine what labs have been imported to be sure to review them. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a permanent change (which will cause some frustration as we can't tell what charts need labs reviewed)? Any insight or help would be great!

Wayne - not anymore. The labs are importing directly into the patient's chart, which is a great time saver, but only if we also have a way to track what labs came in so our nurse can review them (other than pulling the import log from our server). I don't know if this is an AC "enhancement", or somethig else

I have PAML and am on version 6 - labs all still come to e-mail, I think you should check with AC Support and verify that there is not something that needs to be adjusted or modified.

Yes. Labs have always imported directly to the patient chart. But there was also an email in the doctor's inbox. I can't imagine the inbox message being removed without something replacing it...like a general lab email. maybe support can tell you what is going on.
