I noticed that the ACUC schedule is basically the same for Friday and Saturday. Will the presentations be the same? Should I really be there by 8 am on Friday, or would it be ok to arrive later in the morning and be able to 'catch up' by doing most of Friday and all of Sat and Sunday? I could save a lot on air and hotel, but maybe Friday am is important. I'm a new user with only about 50 of my 2000 patients on the AC so far. Hoping to get proficient at charting and move into health maintenance, coding, orders and messaging that I am not using yet.
Thanks.

My understanding is that they will be the same. This is so everyone can get in that wants to. You make some good points, but I will give you a few tips. One is the conference is more about meeting everone and giving and getting information on AC.

Also, you do not want to miss anything Jon has to say as it is generally very good.

My recommendation would be to search the user list for "Jim" which will bring you to Jim Blaine. His email address is there. He heads the committee for the ACUC and knows more than anyone about it.

Thanks, Bert. That makes sense and I do look forward to the networking. I'll keep working on the flight schedule, and I'll try to contact Jim Blaine.

We will be videotaping - but won't be streaming.

We are planning on posting the educational sessions of ACUC online in the next few months following the conference.

Last downtown shuttle from the PVD Airport is 10pm on Thursday June 2. If any of you are arriving on a later flight (like me), please feel free to message me and we could share the taxi cost ($30.) Last year 4 of us did this and it worked out good. I'll be on Delta #730 arriving 11:17pm and will have on a Crimson Red Alabama Baseball cap for ease of identification. Looking forward to the conference!

Ken,

I'll be rolling in a few minutes behind you, so we'll do this again.

Looking forward to it!

Would there be anyway to get CME for watching the online videos of ACUC for those who couldn't make it to the conference?

That is being worked on.

They may not be available for a couple of weeks but most of the conference material may be available in a couple of weeks.

I am not sure of the venue, but probably on YouTube.
