We just found out how the A/C stores the orders and now we have a years worth that have to be addressed. I can highlight them -but how do I delete them or can't I? Most have been done- W do not wish to store them but do we have to with this certification.
Thanks

It is very labor intensive. Under view orders at the top, you can reconcile the order to the result and send it to somebody to remove. There is a reconcile to order section in the import area but it does not yet work so it is not easy to reconcile. Not many seem interested in this functionality and it kind of just sits as it is for now.

Actually, we'd be interesed in this functionality. But it doesnt work. And we have a zillion orders sitting in that thing. It makes it look like we never checked on them. I'd like to at least be able to delete them.

Once you reconcile them, you can delete them. It is just that the reconciliation is labor intensive. You may be able to forward the orders your mailbox and delete them without reconciling them. I'll try on Monday. I'm about 6 months behind in reconciling and deleting. Maybe the functionality will be there in the future but I don't see how the computer will be able to do this until it can match up individual order and result electronically. I'm not visualizing how that will be able to happen for a very long time.

I wish that the "reconcile to order" functionality in the imported items area would be activated because that is the place where it makes most sense to match the test being imported with the order and delete the saved order. It would fit our work flow best if that was where it would happen. It doesn't work that way in V5.29. Glad somebody else is interested in this.

As I do not really use the reconcile function, I simply have a staffer go through them twice a week and check "Completed" and then "update" them. It took several days for her to get them up to date because I too had a gagillion of them in there when we started.
