I am disappointed in the fact that amazing shots has no formal learning instruction manual. I hate having to discolored things on the fly meaning through the user board. For example, the %FNAME shortcut.
I am glad there is a user board, but would like an instruction manual or some sort of U-tube instruction video with all the nuances and tips and tricks.
also, improvements are quite slow coming and the vendor, newcrops is TERRIBLE. i was using rxnt prior to switching over to eprescribing and they were light years ahead in eas o fuse and meds available. eg- i cannot refill a diabetics test strips via newcrops interface.
i have also given up with waiting for billing integration to come thru , and thinking about it, ithe way that AC trouble shoots and learns on the fly with user errors etc, i would not want my billing to suffer and lag behind in this process of "learning".

Sambo, I agree that with AC doing more as a program, it would be nice to have some instructional tutorials or videos. Jon has done this type of thing in the past when he demos AC and new features. I've used AC for approx 3 years and it was so intuitively straight forward that it really didn't need much info to use it. That has changed over the past three years with the CCHIT and menacing (meaningful) use stuff.
