I would go ahead and upgrade to 6.0.10. Go ahead and start just doing all the MU you can do - it only takes a moment to address smoking, diet, exercise, click the button for patient education, etc. As you go along you will start seeing your numbers add up - as you see labs on your computer you can start checking MU things. It is difficult to get all the numbers when you are a specialist, but you can do quite a few and it may work if you are diligent. You do need to print some type of instructions/ccd for pt. to get credit also. DO REPORTS, MEANINGFUL USE and look at each of the items and what you need to do.
