1 )Is there any way to specifically assign a user to a group mailbox? Seems like messages going to a given GROUP not getting to the right people.
2) Anybody have experience/comments backing up AC to Carbonite or Mosy as offsite storage?

We are a group of family physicians that still do OB. For all those OB's out there that use AC - Do you utilize the standard ACOG forms for OB care, and how do you integrate them into AC.

Well being a tech myself I have used many of the online backup system's. First you need to figure out what you want to backup, the whole AC folder or just the Database. Maybe the whole server! I use a combination of Backupexec System Recovery for the whole server and Idrive "WWW.Idrive.com" for just the SQL backup data. The prices are very good, it has a built in scheduler, email logging and they give you 5 gig data backup space for free, that will keep you backed up for a while.

PomonaFP,
There is no way to assign specific users to specific groups. I also think this would make the whole concept of the group boxes useful.
