I've noticed that when my secretary makes a same-day schedule change, the added appointment is not showing up (or a deleted app't is still showing) on the other PC's. If she makes changes for other days, those do appear on the other PC's. If I or my NP exit and restart AC, the same-day changes are on our PC's.
Has anyone else seen this? Solutions?
Thanks.

The schedule changes will show up when the user on that computer refreshes his or her screen. Just go to messages and then back to the schedule and you should see updates without having to log in and then back out again.

We are having the problem of changes not "sticking". Staff have to actually make the appointment in the new date and then delete the old one. PITA.
