I know that lately I have been talking directly to one of the Support people and though I have bashed support on here a lot, they have been awesome about looking into bugs/issues and finding answers for me. If we give them a formal list, and they can reproduce the issue, they are more then willing to work on it as they can. Thanks! I just want to say that video recording would be tremendous for those of us who cannot attend (especially if online access to the videos is available).
