OK, this is an opportune thread for you guys and gals to screw with my head. But, please don't as this has driven me crazy since the existence of AC. And, if I have been overlooking this for these past few years, I will get glasses and delete this thread.
Every time I install a new version of AC, it asks for me to use the Database Tuner. In the same window it states it is located in the AC folder. Clicking on yes brings me directly to the AC website where I can now download the DBT.
But, the DBT is NOT in the AC folder. Why does the message state that it is? But on that same note, why doesn't it download with the installer?

But, the DBT is NOT in the AC folder. Why does the message state that it is? But on that same note, why doesn't it download with the installer? Because THEY want to mess with your mind. But, it is NOT on the poll and will thus not likely be put on the the radar of the developers. That's the way it is, and YOU cannot change it (should that be followed with Na NaNa Na Na?) But really, I think no one really ever mentioned it and thus it has been perpetuated. Hopefully we CAN put it on the radar. I would think it no big deal to include it in a download.

Well, thanks for not messing with my head. If you told me, it's right there, Bert... Funny post. It would be nice if it were in the installer and ended up in the AC folder. But, the funny thing is, it isn't so much of a bug. It would be easy to fix. Just take the message off.

Hint; they are playing Jedi mind-tricks on you.
There is a newer cultural term out there you may be familiar with, but I'll only make an abstract reference.

You want to go home and rethink your attitude about database tuners (and deathsticks).
