I dont know if anyone else has seen this issue? when i send the script to this one pharmacy it goes through with no problem when the other provider sends a prescription it is always returned not sent the error reads wrong number.

Have the other provider choose the default pharmacy again - places like Medco and Caremark change and you will get a pharmacy fail, rechoose default for that pt - pick it again and it will usually work. Most returns I see have been from mail order pharmacies....

If you are using the newcrops screen, choose the ADD PHARMACY. When it searches for the pharmacy, that should have the correct phone number attached. You can also update your pharmacy list on the Newcrops screen by going to the ADMIN section.
