Just a fair warning, for those who were using the misc demo fields, when you up grade to version 5.1.6 the misc field 1 in the demo section is now the chart ID.

I know that a lot of people are using the misc field as the other parents phone number and information but if you upgrade the field 1 will be chart id and when you put link with phreesia your patients will have double entries.

We "tried" to integrate with Phreesia yesterday. So far we have been very disappointed with the outcome. First the integration is not automatic. You have to press F11 for after every patient (or the end of the day) for Amazing Charts to update the information from Phreesia. Then when you update, if the name is not exactly in Phreesia and AC the same way (ex. James is signed in as Jim) then there is a new chart made in AC. So, everytime you update a new chart is made in AC, even if all the other demographics match. I spoke with Phressia and AC. So far there has not been a fix to this problem. Does anyone else have any suggestions to make AC and Phreesia run smoothly together? One sugestion was to make sure the patient signed in with the name on drivers license. In pediatrics, parents sign in children with the name they usually call the child. If changed, then you have the wrong name filed for insurance in demographics and now several empty charts in AC from Phressia. Help??

I've had this problem. It is easy to inactivate the duplicate charts. Another possibility is to have them fill out the phreesia first, but then you can't use the AC scheduler. Best solution I have found is to verify that the name in Phreesia is the same as in AC prior to the upload. If not it is easy to change in AC to match prior to the upload.

Phreesia reported to us yesterday that they have talked with Amazing Charts Tech Support concerning the issues integrating with Phressia and have suggested the fixes that needed to occur. However, the Phreesia representative reported that AC Tech Support was not receptive to solving the problems with Phreesia integration anytime soon. As a result we have turned off our Phreesia link with AC and are forced to wait even longer until AC takes Phreesia integration more seriously.
