Can anyone provide advise on how to go about getting labcorp & quest reports to upload to this program? When I contact labcorp directly, the tech has no idea what I am talking about.
Thanks

I think the person you want to talk to is your provider rep. Don't get into it with the lab- ask them to identify and put you in contact with your rep (who is more geared to sales and service).

I agree totally. Our Quest sales rep figured out with whom to put us in touch, and they basically handled it all with some assistance from our IT guys.
