How do you enter an injection into AC, eg I gave a patient Decadron 4mg IM.

what version of ac are you using? If you go to hm tab and then hose enter non hm injection you can anter whatever you want.

Type in the name of the patient in the box at left and then right click, select print orders and letters from the drop down menu. Follow the instructions. Select who is getting the letter, select name of physician from rolodex in the letter writter and write your letter. Right click in the letter itself to create templates.

Also, if you type CTRL + U at the main screen, select the Documentation Preferences tab, and uncheck Print Note Window, the letter writer will appear after that patient is signed off, which can be convenient if you want to write a letter on that particular patient.
