Is there anyway to automatically add additional academic credentials to a signature in a letter??

I cannot get templates to come up when trying to edit letter in 5.1.6. It works in previous version. Any tricks? THis would solve my problem with adding to my signature.

Given enough time computers can work.....templates do seem to work in letter 5.1

I am not sure how you did it with templates. I would like to know that.
But, you can also do it (and the way I think it was intended) is to go to Edit Sections at the top left, and then in the signature field at the bottom, you put your credentials or Cc or whatever there and then click on Save.
