Is there a video tutorial on the new Health Maintenance section in the Right upper tab? I tried entering suggested vaccinations, and marking that a suggested colonoscopy was completed. This removed these items from the HM recommendation list, but I don't see them listed on the Prior Injections or Prior Results tab at the bottom of the HM tab. I think a completed colonscopy or flu vaccine would be listed there. What I am doing wrong here?

I track colonoscopy in the tracked data section on the summary sheet.

Is anyone using the vaccination tracking module in Health Maintenance? I don't see the previously given/documented vaccines in the Prior Injections tab at the bottom?

Look in SUMMARY - vaccines should all be listed there. Also what version of AC are you using ?

I am using beta ver 5.1.5. I see where the completed injections and completed HM actions are listed on bottom left of Summary tab. I just thought they would at the bottom of the HM tab: Shot History, HM History.

That would be nice. It will show you the previous times the patient had the particular immunization.

You have to click on the completed tab to get the entire record. Not the most friendly way to do this.

We use it for tracking vaccinations. We find it very helpful. At the bottom of the summary sheet page you will find the list of vaccinations completed.

Our main complaint is that to have the vaccination show up on the doctors note for the visit, it must be input as part of that copy of the note. That is, you can't forward the chart to the doctor and then open up a copy and input the vaccination and still have it show up on her note for that visit. you could do this in V4. Also, the print out of a vaccination record is not really cruddy.

Hello again! I was previously Jedi123 because Jill was taken (I think by me of all people) and then got sick of seeing it. So now I'm Jill. And here to annoy you about Health Maintence.

How do you change all the random dates that HM comes up with? I've been looking forever in the Admin page and can't seem to do it. We had a patient yesterday that was recommended he should have his next colonoscopy check in 1975.

I was also wondering if there was already tuberculosis (PPD) already in there. I made one up because the MA and I couldn't find it. We also had trouble classifying boniva injections. It's for osteoporosis but is it HM? (We give injections every 3 months.)

I just noticed that there is a tab in the HM section for "Screenings and Tests." The TB screening should be in there (but it isn't). Of course, its kind of different since you may want to record it like a vaccine (lot #, where applied, exp date).
