I have read the flu vaccine cpt updates on CMS website. They say that effective January 1, 2011 the influenza code 90658 is no longer billable. Does anyone know the new code to go along with the G0008?

CPT code for Flulaval that we are giving in the office is not in the CPT database. How do we add it?

Why must medicare change the codes. Why do they need to know what brand of vax we are giving?
