Does any one have experiance with Office Ally. I have used a billing sevice for the last 10 years. I would like to change to in-house billing. I found office ally to offer free service and it isassociated with free online practice managment softwere "practice mate" I appreciate any input. Thanks

We use them as our clearing house and it was no problem getting set up and has worked flawlessly for nearly 2 years. We do not use the PM module. I seem to remember that the PM module was only for one user on one computer or the price went up quickly but I can't remember what the issue was...

Office ally offer practice mate for free and it is web based up to 10 users. It looks nice. But You have to enter all the CPT codes that you use(pain) Due to AMA licensing restriction it been disable. The note said they are working on getting end end users license agreement with AMA to be able to use the ctp codes for a fee. That would be annual and per user.
