Do you know if AC is using the WHO growth charts for infants and children ages 0 to 2 years of age?

I believe they are calculated off the CDC guidelines. Not sure how CDC and WHO compare.

OK, this triggered me to look in to the background. See this article for more detail:

The CDC charts are heavier in the first 2 years. The WHO charts, not surprisingly are based on children from around the world where the CDC charts are entirely US based.

In searching through the AC website, I was unable to find which standard they are related. They are fairly close overall and the ultimate goal is to be consistent, which they are.

Facinating. Since the CDC recommends using the WHO curves, then why don't they just adopt them?

Spoke with programmer at AC -he said they currently use CDC but have been considering using WHO and the link I sent from this would help the decision process.
