I assume many people got the newsletter, but if they didn't - here is what AC sent out.

What's New

We are currently beta testing Amazing Charts V5.1 and anticipate general release by the end of this month. V5.1 includes multiple enhancements such as easier selection of diagnoses codes, improved ePrescribing with electronic script renewals, and staff prescribing abilities. V5.1 also contains our new iPhone interface. The iPhone app, usable on iPhones, iTouchs, and iPads, is designed to allow users to have fast access to patient information, including notes and meds, and allows rapid documentation of after-hours phone calls. Other new features in Amazing Charts includes:

Updated medication, allergy, and codes (CPT) databases
Many new interfaces to labs, state registries, and Phreesia
A new billing export file for easier billing through our third-party billing partners (4.5% to 6% of collections)
Enhanced automatic back up with reminders
And much more...

What's Coming

Our Practice Management module is on track for beta release in the first quarter of 2011. Many of our users have played a significant role in designing this full-featured billing program. The release delay is due to new Federal requirements for EHRs, specifically the requirment that EHRs be ONC-ATCB (aka Meaningful Use) Certified. We have been working to add the dozens of new features and reporting tools necessary to receive certification.

Amazing Charts is 100% dedicated to achieving all stages of Meaningful Use Certification, as using an EHR that has this certification is one of the requirements to receive up to $44K in ARRA/HITECH stimulus money. Our built-in Meaningful Use Wizard will make collecting and submitting the required reports an easy task. Learn all about the stimulus money earmarked for providers on our website.

Amazing Charts has applied for Meaningful Use Certification testing, and we anticipate receiving this certification by years end. All our software updates, including the Meaningful Use Certified version, are provided at no additional cost to clients who subscribe to our Guardian Angel Support & Maintenance service (discussed below).

Price Increase Alert
Effective December 1, 2010:

The initial Amazing Charts software license will be $1,995 per provider. This one-time cost will include the first year of Guardian Angel Support & Maintenance.
The cost for our Guardian Angel Support & Maintenance Service will be $995 per provider per year. This includes all our updates, support, ePrescribing, and essentially everything else.

There are no hidden module fees, no required training fees, and no painful contracts that lock you in to paying hundreds to thousands each month for years to come. All our pricing is clear and straightforward, and can be reviewed here.
You can even try Amazing Charts completely risk-free for three months to ensure it works well for your own practice.
Most Amazing about Amazing Charts - even after this price increase - we still remain the most affordable AND the #1 rated EHR. (Click the link to review the multiple studies.)

For those who plan on purchasing an EHR before 12/1, those in their three month free trial, or existing clients planning on adding new providers in the near future, doing so before this price increase will save you money.

I am not sure - I assumed registered users have gotten it, but have heard people not get it before. Have only seen a few in all the years I have been registered. That is the reason I posted it.
