I recently installed the quest diagnostics lab interface and noticed I was getting several labs back where the patient's DOB did not match what was in amazing charts.

I am using Amazing Charts version 5.0.29

The error was a swapped month and day.
For example, the patients date of birth is May 1 (05/01 MM/DD, quest had May 1, but amazing charts had Jan 5 (01/05 MM/DD)

I am going to submit a bug report if anybody else has experienced this error.

I then went to add a new fictitious patient with a DOB of May 1 on amazing charts and in the demographics field (F5) entered 05/01/1947 (field is labeled MM/DD/YYYY). I saved and closed then went back and looked at patient's demographics and DOB is listed as 01/05/1947. (Jan 5, 1947)
