If we have blocked a series of appointment slots (say, for a meeting) and later the schedule changes (say, the meeting is cancelled), how do we unblock those slots? If we use the Alt and click on the blocked slots, I do not see an "Unblock" option, nor with a right-click once highlighted.
Thank you,

I don't know of an unblock option. I just go into the scheduling section of the admin page and delete each time slot that has been blocked off. If there is a better way, I would love to hear it too.

I am aware of no real way to unblock them in the (reasonable) ways you suggest.
Beware: entering serious "work-around" territory here...
So you can block an appointment two ways. Go through admin options which tends to be better for full days/weeks off.
Or, use the "Block" button on each days schedule for shorter blocks like a meeting. It sounds like that is what you want to "unblock". Once the "block" is on the schedule, I don't think there is any way to erase it, but you can schedule over it; a new patient can be put in the time slot. Leaving the slot blank to indicate it is open would be ideal, but since you can't do that, create a patient with the name you want to put there. You could just use Mr. Open, or some such. We want the appointment slot to be as visible as possible, so we have a patient named "Mr. .." for this occasional purpose. That's right: first name is "." and last name is ".". Schedule that patient to unblock the time slot and when you glance at the schedule, it is pretty clear it is open. Just "change appointment" when you want to put someone real there.

Thank you for the tip, Jon.
I set up a fake patient for over-writing the blocked period(similar to your "." "." but using "_" (underscore). Then, it is quite clear that the time slot is open.

Finally learned how to do this today! I thank Nick in support for this (though it took me a while to recognize a little idiosyncracy of the process that he did not emphasize).
To erase words in ?block?: 1.Put schedule in ?all providers? view 2.Click in the BOX where the words to be deleted are; the row will turn blue 3.Select the time to be blocked by clicking to the left of the time slot. The row will turn green. 4. Hit the delete key.
Oddly, you must do it in this sequence (turn blue, then green) or else it will not delete.

Hmmmm. It does not seem to work for me. You get an arrow to the left before it turns green, right?

When you click in the BOX where the text is, the row turns blue and you get an arrowhead (triangle).
When you put the cursor over the TIME to be unblocked, the cursor turns to an arrow. Click the time and the row turns green and the arrowhead is still there.
Then hit delete.
