Gee, I can't even figure out how to look at the tracked data. I put some diagnoses in the list but now what?

The tracked data interface could use some improvement. If you have input tracked data (click Edit and input it) then you can see the most recent changes when you go to the summary page. If you can't see it, click on edit, than close and you can see them. It easier to just print it out.

I would like to be able to graph tracked data as well - similar to the vital signs graphing. I try to track cholesterol profiles, Hgb A-1-C's etc. I graph is so much easier for a patient to see the pattern than a simple print out on a sheet of paper with dates and values.
