Does ANYONE know HOW to fix a ChartAudit error?

I am getting this error now on my laptop when I try to resynch my laptop to the server. It says AC has found a file that cannot be synchronized.

The synching and resynching has worked "ok" up until today. I can't say flawlessly but I have always managed to get it to work up until today.

It wouldn't be such a big deal except I have over 12 hours of work invested in this synch. frown

I have Tech support working on it but just thought SOMEONE else might have already gone through this. THANKS for trying!

Synching is not a good feature to use.
