Dragon Naturally Speaking medical software is used by many. It works very well. It is expensive, about $1,200 I think (we did an upgrade to version 10). You have to use the medical version; other and cheaper versions won't work. It takes some training, but less than previous versions. Do a search on this board for "Dragon", "DNS" or "Naturally speaking" and see what you get. There have been lots of threads in the last 6 months.
We got ours through a medical software dealer, which was very worthwhile as tech support is periodically needed and is useful for the initial setup. Send me a private message if you want his name.
