I am new to Amazing Charts and trying to learn the program. We have inputted all of our referring providers in the practice rolodex. When I chose the provider in the plan, only the name prints on the patient handout and not the phone number or address. I have tried to find the answer but I have been unsuccessful. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no way of printing the telephone number, it is on the wish list.

We just manually write it on referrals instead.

I appreciate the response. I need to come up with a work-around. I was hoping not to have to keep all the referring providers referral pads or cards.

We actually added the phone number with the speciality and it works great. When we print the plan, it lists the provider name and the phone number.

Does it? From the Rolodex? with the phone number? I always wnated to be able to get the phone number printed from the rolodex.

It is another one of those classic AC work-arounds that involves "inappropriately" using a text field. Where you type the specialty of the doc, you can put the phone number. So you can put "Smith, John" as the name and "Cardiologist 410-555-1212" as the specialty, and when the order prints it will include the specialty and the phone number.
