It would be a good idea to have more training videos in the movie tutorials "How to..". For example how to navigate in a patient's chart, how to print chart notes, how to file in imported items,....
With staff turnover and temporary covering personnel it is work hour=$ consuming for training to be done on the job or during work hours. With clearcut training videos, the tasks can be learnt off hours/home. The new trainee can be handed a laptop with the AC program and a few test patients to practice at home. After 4 years of being on AC and multiple staff turnovers I am ready to have a stroke if one of my two staff members mention vacation, pregnant, sick....
I would appreciate all users to kindly collaborate and list most comprehensively the topics we would like seen covered in these training videos. The more comprehensive and specific it is, the more educated the staff and less
