I'm in the evaluation phase of AC 5 and need some help with a few issues. 1. It appears to me that all labs go into the Imported items section and are accessed thru that tab. 2. How do in-office labs get entered and noted? We do HgA1c's, protimes, u/a's, and rapid strep and flu's in office and I can't figure out how this is ordered, performed, and entered into the record of a specific visit. Thanks for your time, terry

I don't use this, but I thought the default place to keep this data was in the Tracked Data/Flow Sheets section of the summary sheet. You can set all your lab names, etc. in the admin section. You can also graph your data. You can also print them that way.

It is possible to have Excel spreadsheets and Word documents in the imported items section that can be modified. Many use it for things like INR's, A1c's etc. You could easily make up one for "office labs."

Bert, Could you walk me through how to generate reports from the tracked data?

I wish I could. It is rather elementary unfortunately. If you go to Summary Sheet and find your data on the right, clicking print, prints everything. Not very helpful. You can click on graph and print that and select certain lab data. Still needs a lot of work.

Well, at least you tried. Thanks. BTW if you can recover a draft that disappeared when the user board just went off on me, I would appreciate it. IT was in the PM section and I wrote a long long long message.

If it wasn't saved, I won't be able to recover it. Did it happen when you tried to save it?

Thanks for the direction. I'll explore these options some more as I organize my thoughts on the workflow in AC.
