I'm using 5.0.24 and cannot change my schedule. I have done this tens of times in the past few years - but this version does not let me cutback my work hours. Is it trying to tell me something? anybody else have this problem?

I updated to 5.0.28 and STILL cannot change my schedule for the rest of the year from the administrative menu. Seriously. Am I going to need to clock out each half day by each timeslot for the rest of the year? ANYONE else even try to change their schedule yet?

We're having the problems now too. AC won't remove doctors that are scheduled and doesn't add the time markings for others that are. Its being inconsistent in the problem though. I'm going to talk to Tech support and see if they know anything about it.

Tech support was no help. Could not recreate error. Claiming problem was user error. Or because we had people scheduled on slots we were trying to remove (we didn't). The schedule change could not work correctly if we tried setting schedule for multiple months - but worked fine if we set the schedule for no more than one month at a time. So we just did that - for the rest of this year. I'm not impressed.

All my communication efforts (shy of telephone calls) were bounced back to me, even off the website. We discovered the same thing, that when we shortened the duration of the schedule dates that it worked fine. So like you, that's what we had to do and its a royal pain in the patootee. This is one of the areas that I wish was simpler and like the way its handled in the allscripts evil empire PM program.
