We are an allergy specialist and we like to incorporate our testing form into AC? Is this possible or am I pushing it?

Yes, it is possible. The form as a Word, Excel document, or PDF file is held in a file on the server, and linked via imported items. Others here can give the details of that much more fluently than I.

You can do it in various ways. The 2 ways that I do it is 1. Make your form using WORD and save it as a TEMPLATE(Allergy testing form) on the server as David has suggested. 2. You can scan the form as a PDF file and save it. You will need a program like Adobe Acrobat 9 pro which has a TYPEWRITER function form the drop down TOOL menu or whatever program others use on this board to type on a scanned form You can then retrieve either form and complete it for each visit and save it as the patient's name file. You can then import it in AC if you wish Grenville

Hello,
I am also trying to add skin testing form to AC. we can import as windows works (can be modified as supported by AC) or windows excel (cannot modify as not supported by AC)to patient section, but not as administator section.
If we can add as administator then we can use same for all patients.
This is same for allergy injections documentations also.
Hope we get some answer.
