At our practice we have recently purchased Amazing Charts and the HL7 together and we previously had Medisoft Network Professional, so all our patients are on there. Everything is set up on Amazing Charts end to accept the data from Medisoft but does anyone know how to get Medisoft to send information over to the Amazing Charts inbound folder? I called Medisoft and they were less than willing to help, I was on hold for over an hour and a half and sent to several different people and they all said they either didn't know what I was talking about or they couldn't help me. Does anyone know how to do this?

This would be worth speaking with AC about. I'd be interested to hear how much data is fully bi-directional.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I am unable to answer your question; however, I was hoping you could provide your contact for purchasing the HL7 interface? I called the contact number on the hl7.org website and the person I spoke to was unable to answer my question and had me send an email with my question. Is hl7.org the source of your HL7 interface?

In reference to your technical problem, as the previous poster recommended, if you haven't already, it's probably a good idea to contact AC support.

I purchased HL7 directly from the Amazing Charts website along with Amazing Charts itself and the Guardian Angel Support. I called AC and all they did was show me where to inbound folder was, it was up to someone from Medisoft to tell me how to get the files in Medisoft over to that folder. And I didn't have any luck calling Medisoft.

I'm pretty new to all this so I could be doing something wrong too.
