We are trying to add patient photos to their charts. When we import the picture it tells us the image is too larger than 150kb and we might not want to use it. It says to make our resolution lower to decrease to image size. We have tried everything possible but have not come close. Does anyone else use photos in patient charts and if so do you ignore this massage? Has it slowed down your system?
