Not sure how to fix this can someone please assist. We are new to amazing charts. My provider is using a net book and the display is too large to view the buttons at the bottom of the screen. He cannot sign or forward the charts because he cant see the buttons to click them. We have played with the display setting with no luck.

As you said, one way would be to change resolutions.
Try putting the mouse cursor either on any side until you get a black double sided arrow or any corner until you get the same arrow but facing diagonally (easier to resize that way).
You can now drag the program to make it smaller or bigger by holding the left click down and moving it any direction. This should allow you to resize the window so you can see everything.
Once resized, you may be able to maximize it, and have it take up the entire screen.

The AC website "FAQ" section states: Minimum screen resolution 1024 x 768 or higher - this means some netbooks with screens of 10.1" or less will cut off some of the windows.

One thing to get a bit more vertical real estate is right click on the menu bar, unlock the taskbar, then click and drag the taskbar to the left side of the window until it snaps there. You'll get a bit more space, and then you'll be running HackBar-Left"

Thanks. I registered at Droidxforums.com last night. Awesome site. I only asked one question, but they recommended handcent app to make texting decent. The default speech bubbles were simply hideous. It is a great app.

Assuming your playing with screen resolution included trying a resolution greater than 1042X768 there is one other item- the DPI
Display Properties > Settings Advanced button Check and be sure "DPI Setting" is set for normal size or 96DpI.
(if the doc has, ahem, older eyes the DPI may have been set to larger DPI which leads to cutting off the bottom of some windows)

Sorry, Indy, don't know why I thought your post was aimed at me. I must have been listening to Carly Simon. Just change song to post, lol.
Am I wrong that actually making the application itself smaller might help?

Am I wrong that actually making the application itself smaller might help? Interestingly, with a large size DPI setting (120 DPI) sure you can resize the active window but, in a truly maddening fashion, the display always crowds out the bottom lines. (No, looking behind the monitor doesn't work either ) This at least applies to Windows XP.
