Guess I need some help. Attempting to get an excel file of addresses for a mail merge and am having issues. - Structured a report to show me the patients I am targeting but can't find how to export the info ?
- When I go to just print the report it strips out the address field info.
Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong or how I should approach this ?

Karl,
Please give more detail step by step what you are doing and what you are trying to do.

Karl, when you go to print/export the report are you exporting it? Do you still have the problem when you export to Excel or Excel Data Only?

I am able to export all the patient demographics to the chart (which is easy). I can then run a query and pull up, say, everyone who is 3 yo. I can then export to an Excel file. So, now I have the two Excel files.
I tried for about an hour how to merge them so that certain data would cancel out other data.
In the Reports section, you can choose a window that shows the columns in the report. But, one is limited to what is there. So, you can take away, but you can't add a field. That would make it easier.
My guess is someone with a lot of Excel knowledge could do it. I did find some weird way of importing the Reports data to the Excel sheet, but I still didn't get there.

Also Karl, when I do this to assure I get the address, I include the address in the query but choose "%" so it picks up all the addresses and only picks all the ones I want (say all the females in the practice which would be another line in the query)

Travis, you're correct, but I think he is entering the correct criteria so that he gets certain patients with their addresses in the Query Results.
He seems to be having trouble exporting that data. But, I can't reproduce your issue. When I run a query based on age, then with street 1, city, state and zip; I get all of that info. I then click on Print/Export Report, and I get a window with that data. Nothing is stripped. The zip code can be an issue though. There is a Hide/Show Columns on the left that needs to have all of your fields clicked.
Then, I can print or print to PDF or export to Excel, etc.
