Can you please add something to the program that would prompt you when a patient already has an appointment schedule to avoid duplicate appointments. At times, a patient will call to make an appt forgetting they already have one. They will come in and maybe the appt that was already scheduled is in the future and we will not realize it till the day has come and the patient does not show.

When you click on the name to make an appointment the lower left of the main screen should show their name and DOB - below that it will say when last seen and any upcoming appointments. It really can't make something that makes it difficult to make duplicates because I for instance have someone that I make an appointment for every 2 weeks and will do 6-10 at a time for convenience.

I am aware of that box but at times, We schedule patients for multiple appts but only the most recent will show up. How do I see ALL appointments for a particular patient?

If you pull up the patient on the top left and then click on the binoculars it will give all the past and upcoming appointments listed on the right side.
