I wish that there was a button in the sign off window to allow a message to staff.
I also would like choose a specific file in the Imported Items to sign off the item into.

What sign off window - I simply hit reminder - pick the staffer and just leave off date - will send right away. Works great - I can sign off lab,xray or whatever and generate an e-mail to staffer to call pt - schedule fu, whatever, once that is done an e-mail comes to me to look at and save to chart.

Reminders don't allow group messaging. Also, my staff likes to color code a message for its purpose, and reminders can't be changed from the yellow color.
My point is that the version 4 sign off window allowed the option of either a reminder or message. We lost that in version 5.
Also, if Updox has figured a way to file the signed off item into a certain category in Imported Items, why can't AC?
