Hello - We are still using AC 4.72. Recently we found out that we are not able to schedule apppoinments for patients 6 months out. We used to be able to do this. Please help?
Is the answer at this point to move to AC 5.x?
Thanks Sekhar Athens, GA

Looking at when you registered, I would suspect it was about 18 months ago. When you first set up a provider, it scheduled out for 2 years, you are reaching that point.
You need to go to the adminitrative section and remake the schedule, even if it has not changed. By default, I believe, it will go out another 2 years.

Oh, moving to V5 might not be a bad idea, I like the new features and all, but this will solve your problems.
Then, you can move to V5
