I am confused. I got a letter from the Ohio State Pharmacy Board (after a pharmacist at the local WalMart inquired about me) that said that AC was not "approvable" for e_RX in Ohio. "NewCrop is approvable only whe it is a pure NeCrop system. A company like Amazing Charts, who uses NewCrp to transmit an e-RX, must be approvable in itself." When i have been eprescribing, I have been doing it directly out of AC. This appears to be a no no in Ohio. Can anyone clarify? Thanks

David,

If you go to www.amazingcharts.com/demo

then below:

Videos of the latest features & enhancements
(See a list of the latest version enhancements here)

"here" will be in orange. Click on it, and it will take you to the v5.0 New Features. {I mean click on it on the website, not here. Well, you can click on it here, but it won't do anything :)}

Under:

MEDS/E-RX

the last sentence seems to indicate whatever the issue was is fixed. If you are still having problems, I would go directly to Jon and ask him what is up with that.

Thanks, Bert. We are still using 5.0.26. Will have to see about updating. My scripts have been going through, ok (even to my unfriendly pharmacist at Walmart!) but the letter he got from the pharm board seems to indicate there is a problem. Will work on it tomorrow. Thanks again. Dave

Just keep repeating, "Pharmacists are our friends, pharmacists are our friends." Actually, that isn't fair. I think they work very hard and save our butts many times. I just wish they wouldn't do it in front of the patient. smile
