In the new features section for AC, one of the features listed is a:

SQL Password for backup software and tech professionals who need such access.

Is this username and password available anywhere?

Does this SQL account allow write access or just read?

I think the best way you can get this answer is to ask AC themselves - I think this has recently been added.

I checked with support team and they said this ID is only used for SQL backups. Doesn't sound like you can read the tables for some reason.

Here is the conversation I had today:

Ok, unfortunately we can only setup a sql user for you to run your own backups. Querying will not be possible from that user.
