Hi, We just upgraded to V 5.0.28. and I LOVE it in general. It's like Christmas around here, opening all those tabs. But in the old version when I printed a chart, it would prompt me for records release information. I can't find that in this version. On the demographics page, there is a records release tab but it's 'read only' (and by the way, when you click it I get kicked out of AC everytime), and I cannot figure out how to populate the field. Can anyone tell me how?

Hi Joan,
I am pretty sure it was in the same place as before, but either way, I think what you are looking for is located on the Patient List. If you right click on the and and select "Print Formal Health Record," it should pop up what you are looking for.
I think that everything you send that way will show up in the demographics where you are referring to. Not sure, as I don't use it.
But, clicking on the record or whatever in the demographics page does crash the program, which is, of course, a bug. For me however, it isn't as I hate seeing transfers, so I think it crashes the program on purpose, lol.
See PM for more information on reporting bugs.
