I have sent a suggestion to AC and recommended they put more information on orders:
More demographics - Name, address, dob, insurance, home #, Cell #, e-mail, etc. This is for specialists who are going to contact them to schedule.
I have also recommended they put more information on scrips -
Office name, address, NPI, etc. as well as individual providers information including state number, dea, npi, etc.

Steven, I am confused. Those things seem to show up for me already (I am using v4).

I have one provider - some people feel like when you have more than one provider all of this does not show - I do not know - I personally have NPI for office and one for myself - Would just like options for what to include and not include - more personalization for those people who want it.
When I print a scrip it does not seem to put my personal NPI on the scrip - but does have DEA, license number. for orders might be helpful to have other data like CLIA number, etc. Just a thought.

the main thing I would like them to add to the orders sheet is the patient ID number/chart number!
