When one of our providers signs off on a note and the Print Encounter/Send Letter window pops up, it is grayed out, with the only way to access it being to bring up the Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del) and then close the Task Manager. The window is seeming to lose focus. It happens on two computers, same model as the rest in our clinic, and only to the one provider most of the time. In the third room she uses the problem does not occur. I have tried repairing Amazing Charts and even a reformat on one of the machines. The problem still occurs. I tried a different machine on that Ethernet cable to check the network at that point without any issues. Anyone seen anything like this?

I don't know what causes it, but it has been present x many years. I happen to open another window (in my case the link to my network drive) and minimize it in the taskbar, whenever this happens I click on it and then back to the window that is grayed out and it works - has been a bug for some of us for many versions, I just developed a workaround and lived with it.
