I used version 3.7 for as long as possible since it worked great and the office was use to it. I finally decided to upgrade to V5. Everything went great but when I finally started V5 it asked me to tune the data base. I ran the tuner and got the error 3001: Application-defined or object-defined error. I restarted my computer and since I have vista made sure I ran the tuner in the administrator mode. Still have the same problem. I did put an e-mail via chat to Tech-support but it is after hours. Was hopping to get this running by tomorrow. Any suggestions?

Eric got back to me from support and it went great!!! The problem was the following. When you update from V3 to V5 if you have version 3.715 you need to use the V4 database tuner not the V3.

Gee now I wonder what happened to our data since I tuned immediately with the 5.0 tuner instead of the intermediate step of using 4.0...

Can anybody point out to me where in all the instructions on the install page there is any good, clear instructions as to exactly which tuner to use? And AC herself never instructed me as to which tuner to go looking for, so I chose as wisely as I could. It would be nice to have exact, specific instructions for the various contingencies that is the present state of various users across the country, so as to not mess up our data because of a lack of good concise information to lead us in the proper ways to convert and update...
